This program is based on a contract which guarantees a fixed annual revenue of 8 to 10% of the boat´s value, depending on model and operation base, payable monthly, during the agreed contractual period, proposed between 1,5 to 5,5 years.
PREAMBLE
After having confirmed the purchase of your sailboat through our sales department we sign the management contract for the period and the base defined together.
VPM Bestsail follows up with the ship-builder and the suppliers the good accordance of the specifications with the signed order, bills and delivers it for you, as specified in the terms of the contract, at it´s operational base.
CONTRACTUAL TERMS
At the expense of VPM BESTSAIL:
All commercial, customer´s service operational, maintenance, marina, insurance and licence costs.
Your expenses:
None during the whole period of the program.
Your income:
You will recive an annual garanteed revenue of 8 to 10%* of the ex VAT sales invoice amount (ex.VAT) of your boat. (*) Depending on the base
Your owner´s use:
8 Vacation Points based on the value of 4 mid season weeks at the bases where the reservation are made. They offer you between 2 and 8 weeks of free cruising (a part from the flat boat preparation fee), depending on the season, on your own boat or another similar yacht on one of the VPM Bestsail bases partner of the Owner´s use Program.
The exit from the program:
At the end of the contract period, VPM Bestsail will redeliver your boat to you in a "ready to charter" condition, such as recognised by the international norms of the profession, after a technical and inventory check validated by both parties.
It is then for you to decide to:
- sell your boat to a third party (directly or through our sales department)
- to keep it for your personal use
- to reconduct a new program on a new boat with VPM Bestsail (with take-back of your yacht or its sale through our network).
