additional informations: Rental period depends on departure start. If a booking is in two different rental periods, the price is calculated pro-rata.
Discounts: Long term discount: 10% on the 2nd and every following week. Groupdiscount: 5% for 2, 7% for 3, 10% for 4 boats (same port and time period). Discount for 1 couple: 10% for max. 2 persons on Nicols 900 DP, 1000 and 1010. Family discount: 5% for 1 child below 16 years of age, 10% from 2 children below the age of 16. Senior discount 5% at least 1 person of 65 years. Discounts can be added up to 15% for bookings of at least 1 week.
Options: Fuel / gas/oil consumption: are charged according to a flat rate for operating hours. For the SIXTO / QUATTRO FLY GREEN a flat rate of €390/week is payable in each case. This includes: Gas, maintenance and charging of the batteries, flat rate for operation and maintenance of the charging stations. Parking space/garage not available at all bases, €40/50 per week. Gas barbecue: €50 Bikes: €40/week/bike for adults, €35/week/bike for children. Child seat: €10 Pet flat rate: €50/pet. Towel set: €12/set (1 flannel, 1 towel, 1 bath towel).  Electricity converter (12V-220V): €12. Wi-Fi: 15 GB: €50. River card: €30. Early check-in / late check-out: €80 each, only on request and subject to availability.
endcleaning: boats below 10m: €100 inside, €50 outside boats from 10m to 13m: €130 inside, €70 outside. From 13m onwards €170 / €80, model Fly: €200 inside, €100 outside. Clients part if final cleaning was choosen: disposal of garbage, washing and clean off the dishes, removing the bedding.
packages: "all-inclusive": from €450/week; prices on request; includes 2 bikes, channel guide, final cleaning, 1 set of bathtowels per person, 1 set of tea towels and fuel. "hotel-package": between €190 - €425; includes final cleaning, 1 set of bathtowels per person and 1 set of dish towels.
One-Way: possible between most of the bases, €200. Transfer of vehicle/driver between bases can be arranged. For further informations, please don't hesitate to contact our staff.
Check-In/Check-Out: Monday/Saturday 3-6pm, disembarkation Monday/Saturday 8-9am; weekend: friday 4pm - sunday 5pm or monday 9 am; mini-week:monday/tuesday 3pm - friday/saturday 9am
Deposit / franchise: security for the boat (s. pricelist) and a security for the endcleaning (€150 - €300) is to be deposited at the base.
payment modalities: 40% down payment at reservation, balance payment 6 weeks prior to charter start.
travel cancellation expenses insurance: As the cancellation fees can be 100%, we recommend to pay this insurance. You will receive the relevant documents at reservation.
