additional informations: The rental period depends on departure start. If a booking is in two different rental periods, the price is calculated pro-rata. Not all boats are available in all bases.
Discounts: Multi-weeks: 3% from 10 days, 5% 14 - 20 days, from 21 days 7%, from 28 days 10%. Family rates: 5% discount for one child under 18, 10% discount for min. 2 child under 18. Couple discount: 10% discount for occupancy with max. 2 persons. Group discount: 5% discount for booking at least 2 boats at the same time. Valid for bookings of 1 week or more. Max. cumulative up to 20% discount.
Options: Fuel will be calculated with an operating hour flatrate. A deposit has to be made on spot. It will be calculated with the actual consumptions according to the counter. Parking places €35 up to €56/week bikes €45/week children's bikes €30/week endcleaning on request, depending on the boat €85 up to €110 pet €40/pet.
Deposit / franchise: A caution for the boat and the inventory has to be deposited on spot. A damage waiver can be booked. The price depends on the size of the boat and the duration of the trip.
One-Way: possible between many bases. Please contact us for more information. one-way surcharge: €150.
week-end/mini week: Possible. Please ask for an offer.
Check-In/Check-Out: Mon/Fri/Sat between 2 - 6 pm, check-out same day of the week between 8 - 9 am. 10/17 days: Fri between 2 - 6 pm / Mon between 8-9am; 11/18 days: Mon between 2 - 6pm / Fri between 8-9am.
payment modalities: 40% down payment at reservation, balance payment 6 weeks prior to charter start.
travel cancellation expenses insurance: As the cancellation fees can be 100%, we recommend to buy this insurance. You will receive the relevant documents at reservation.
cancellation conditions of Locaboat: Cancellation more than 49 days before start date: 35%, between 49-39 days: 40%, 38-36 days 50%, 35-22 days 60%, 21-15 days 70%, 14-2 days 80%, 1 day before start date 90%, no show: 100%.
